There is no "i" in the word Team! Our passion for beautiful gemstones defines us as a team. Our team is dispersed around the world and despite coming from different backgrounds, share the same love for gemstones.

    Shahzeem Pasha

Hailing from a family of gemstone dealers, Shahzeem Pasha is the 3rd generation to carry on the trade. Being exposed at a very young age to precious gemstones, it aroused a natural curiosity and admiration for a trade that opened itself up to the world.

After his National Service, he signed up for a GIA Graduate Gemologist programme and chose Thailand, owing to it being the main gemstone centre for the world!

Mishal Jewels is a humble expression of his family legacy to bring meaning and joy to the lives of people thru the beauty of gemstones and thru the artistry of man.

Rashad Mohammed

Based out of Delhi, India, Rashad is a fellow graduate Gemologist (GIA) and Jewelry professional. with experience of over 15 years In India and Middle east markets. He has worked for jabong.com and Tiffany & Co, India.

He is very versatile with a noted career as an e-commerce specialist for jewellery and for on-site retail formats.

Always ready with a disarming smile, Rashad is a dedicated professional who understands the luxury mindset and is managing our India clientele.

Gabriel Chang

Based in Singapore, Gabriel is our youngest team member. With an interest for all-things advertising, he brings a keen eye for creativity and a burning passion to educate everyone about the world of gemstones.

Gabriel’s role in Mishal Jewels is to help shed light on everything about gems, from their sources to the endless varieties that exist, through videos.

Shala Zailani

Shala is Mishal’s In-House Designer and Head of Marketing, blending strategic vision, passion for gemstones and artistic finesse.

Certified in Jewellery Illustration from LASALLE and pursuing her Graduate Gemologist diploma with GIA, she shapes Mishal’s heirloom collections while exploring rare materials like osmium and investment-grade gemstones.
