Mishal Jewels (Mishal Diamonds Pte Ltd) is a fine jewellery brand based in Singapore. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of our website.

2. Product Information

We take great care to display our jewellery and gemstones as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours may vary slightly due to individual screen settings.

• All gemstones are natural unless stated otherwise.

• Carat weights, dimensions, and descriptions are approximate and subject to minor variation.

3. Pricing & Availability

• All prices are listed in Singapore Dollars (SGD) unless stated otherwise.

• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

• Items listed on the website are subject to availability.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors or inventory discrepancies.

4. Custom Orders

Mishal Jewels specialise in bespoke and made-to-order jewellery.

• Custom and bespoke orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to begin production.

• Lead times vary from 3 to 10 weeks depending on the complexity of the design and gemstone sourcing.

• Bespoke pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We stand by the craftsmanship of our jewellery. However:

• Returns are accepted only for ready-made items (not custom orders) within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any shipping or bank charges.

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer insured domestic and international shipping through trusted couriers.

• All orders are shipped with full insurance and require a signature upon delivery.

• Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Warranty & Repairs

• All Mishal Jewels pieces are covered by a 12-month craftsmanship warranty.

• The warranty does not cover normal wear, damage due to accidents or misuse, or unauthorized repairs.

• After-warranty repairs may be offered at a fee, subject to inspection. However clients are welcomed to the physical store to get thier items cleaned for free

8. Intellectual Property

All content on www.mishaljewels.com — including images, product designs, logo, and text — is the property of Mishal Diamonds Pte Ltd and may not be reproduced or used without prior written consent.
